What can you do when none of the students would like to ask questions?

It often happens, that during online classes students are rather listeners and would not like to take part in questioning specific things.

Starting your lesson with a friendly gesture such as allowing students to freely ask questions any time could make them feel a bit more comfortable. Asking about the students personality, hobby or any brief introductional conversation could “break the ice” to create an ideal professional teaching environment and to ensure a great teacher-student relationship.
