There are different environments available for different user statuses. You can always access these from the main page of your iTeach.world school upon login.
All users can access the learning environment. This is where you can see your courses, assignments and one-on-one classes that you take as a student. You can find the iTeach Academy course that you get as an extra help from us when registering an account.
You can find your Group and Self-Paced Courses separately under the corresponding tabs. Also, your Active and Inactive courses are listed separately. Inactive courses are Group courses that have already finished.
Users with a Teacher status can access this environment. This is where you can manage your courses, one-on-one classes, documents and grading weights that you created as a teacher.
All users can access this environment. This is where you can launch the virtual room and schedule sessions. You can start a session, see your upcoming sessions or see your previous sessions in History.
All users can access this environment. This is where you can browse the offerings of your school within the categories they belong to. You can search in the top right corner or organize offerings based on categories or price range.
Only users with an admin status can access this environment. This is where you can oversee your school and manage your users. The School menu is not visible on the mainpage of your school, you have to enter one environment to make it appear in the top bar.
You can see and manage users in the Users menu, in Courses you can see all the courses created within the school, in Lessons you can see all the lessons scheduled, in the Videochats you can see your session history. In the Integrations menu you can connect different services to your iTeach.world school, you can read more about the options here. In Payments you can see the transaction history within your school.
You can reach all the settings options related to your personal account on iTeach.world.
Open the Settings menu on the left and click "Profile" to edit your profile
You can set your email, change your display name, first name and last name. You have the option to write a short introduction and a long introduction of yourself. You can also change your timezone, language, country and city. Click the change avatar to upload your own profile picture (preferably a close-up portrait).
To see a preview of your profile page, click the icon in the left panel.
You can change your password by typing your old password and your new password in the fields, then click "Save".
IMPORTANT! Give your billing information to be able to receive money you earned by selling your classes and courses if you haven't set up a PayPal and Stripe Account
You can set your contact email, your phone number, your personal website link, link to your Facebook page, link of your YouTube channel, Twitter channel, WeChat ID and Weibo profile link.
