Any of the participants can open a Google file in the Workspaces and edit it within WebRoom. All the modifications made during the sessions will be stored in Google Drive.
1. Copy the link of a Google Docs, Sheets or Slides
2. Click the "Share links" button and paste the link into the box appearing in Workspaces
Your file will appear in Workspaces and all the participants can view or edit it, while all the modifications are stored at your Drive cloud storage space.
